Refresh your brain and muscles to get you ready for the rest of a busy long course season.
With a focus on technique, skills and drills. We will also be working dives, turns and sessions on goal setting, visualisation, progressive muscle relaxation and breathing techniques to use on a daily basis or within your competition environment.
So get your bathers out and get ready!
NOTE: Thursday's session will be at Dampier Foreshore. Parents will need to speak with the coaches regarding transportation if they can not drop off/pickup swimmers on that day.
