It is going to be a night full of FUN & the SPIRIT of racing
• Swimmers will be divided into 2 teams (Red & Blue)
• To keep things fair all swimmers must participate in the exhibition races.
• There will be No Timing.
o Whoever touches the wall first determines the placement (1st – 8th)
• Each swimmer will gain points for their team based on the place they finish in the heat.
• The Team with the most points at the end of the night is 2022 Team Club Champion.

GENERAL INFO
• Parents you have the night off to just watch & enjoy!
• The Club will be putting on Free Burgers.
• Gino’s Soft Serve Ice Cream Truck will also be coming down to the pool for swimmers to purchase ice cream at their own cost.
• There will be a SPIRIT AWARD this year. The team with the most spirit throughout the night will win the inaugural trophy.
• Swimmers are encouraged to bring team spirit toys.
o Pom poms, foam fingers, hand clappers, etc.
• Swimmers can wear a bather of their choosing.
o Team color is preferable.

• Decorate your designated team area.
• Apply war paint.
• Prepare to race.
RACES BEGIN- 6:30pm
• MINNOW RACES 25m
o Double Arm BK with Freestyle Kick
• INTRO & JUNIOR RACES 25m
o The Frog Hop: Freestyle arms with breaststroke legs
o Row The Boat: Ankles crossed, swim on your side with one arm
• INTERMEDIATE & DEVELOPMENT RACES 50m
o Rewind: Backwards Freestyle (ie. Feet first)
o Row The Boat: Ankles crossed, swim on your side with one arm

o Noodle Relay 25m
